The multi-station vacuum forming machine is primarily used for the fully automatic vacuum forming of refrigerator inner liners. It consists of several parts, including Loading, Preheating, heating, forming, trimming, and unloading.
Based on the material transfer method, it is divided into two types: chain-type and clamp-type.
Depending on the forming process, it can be further divided into bubble suction type and bubble blowing type, with single trimming and double trimming options based on the door and cabinet selection.
This equipment employs technologies such as intelligent temperature control, servo motor drive, vacuum forming, and low-temperature air cooling, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, and a high degree of automation.
