This machine is especially for chest freezer inner liner to be covered by aluminum pipe evaporator that auto winding pipe around outside of inner liner.

Ⅰ. General conception

The first point for this winding machine is that it is necessary to use aluminum pipe to be processed in this machine, and then the pipe will be directly covered onto the surface of chest freezer inner liner, meanwhile with tape for sticking pipe tightly to connect with inner liner( slightly by manual assistance). The equipment is composed by de-coiling for pipe straightening and leveling, lower and raising device for freezer inner can be covered by pipe from the bottom to top automatically, pipe winding device, mold with auto clamping when inner liner put onto the clamp so that the inner liner can hold tightly for pipe winding, electrical control systems etc.

2.    Processing Material: Aluminum and Steel Pipe with diameter 7mm or according to customer’s requirement for winding tools adaptor, 0.9mm in pipe thickness.

Ⅲ. Main Equipments Function

1.   Coiling pipe device: For the purpose of placing coiling aluminum pipe.

2.   Pipe buffer device: To erase the velocity synchronization tolerance.

3.   Straightening and Raising Lowering Device: To make the pipe winding around the freezer inner liner with leveling pipe from the bottom to top auto.

4.   Rotary Device For Mold: To winding pipe with turning mold for inner liner.

5.   Pipe Winding Mold: To place the inner liner into this clamp precisely.

Manufacturing Period

Currently 12 weeks from receipt of order and deposit payment.

Note: The manufacturing period stated above is based on the current availability of manufacturing facilities.

The actual manufacturing period will be confirmed at the time of order placement after negotiations.

Commissioning

We will provide on request one commissioning engineers for 10 days to supervise and be responsible for re-assembly

of the machine, to check the installation and provide additional training to the customer’s staff.   The cost of air fare,

accommodation, meals and local transport is borne by the customer.

The end user is responsible for off-loading, positioning, and unpacking of the machine.   All services must be connected

prior to the arrival of the commissioning engineer. The end user is also responsible for the supply of a suitable mould

and sufficient material for use in commissioning.

Warranty

All equipment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months or 4,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of

commissioning, against component failure or workmanship in accordance with our standard conditions of sale.

Terms of Payment

30% net cash with order.

Balance by irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by an Bank payable upon presentation of the shipping documents. All opening,

confirmation and amendment charges for the opener's account.

Validity

This quotation is valid for a period of 60 days.
